Lemonade Alley Workshops Offered at Bishop Museum, Hālau ʻĪnana Kamehameha Schools Innovation Facility
Lemonade Alley Workshops Offered in two locations! The Lemonade Alley youth entrepreneurial challenge is partnering with Kamehameha Schools and the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Museum to offer a series of how-to workshops leading up to the main event set for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, at Pearlridge Center in Aiea.
This seventh annual youth-biz contest will turn the SEARS parking lot into a bright yellow “lemonade village” as teams of K-12 students in three age categories sell their products, compete for prizes and raise money for their favorite charities.
To prepare students and their families for this friendly competition, Lemonade Alley will conduct free workshops at the Hālau ʻĪnana Kamehameha Schools Innovation Facility, 2438 South Beretania Street (near the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii) in Mōʻiliʻili; and at Bishop Museum, 1525 Bernice Street in Kalihi.
Attendees at the Bishop Museum workshops are eligible for a group discount if they wish to tour the facility afterward.
