Directors Annual Agreement & CIO

Aloha ID8 Board Member! Each ID8 Board of Directors Member is required to execute this annual agreement each calendar year and will only be a voting Member after this form is completed.  Member Agreement terms are derived from our Bylaws and Director Agreement Terms that include: 

  1. Rules for Member appointment, meeting notice, voting and other rights.
  2. Member indemnification and insurance provisions.
  3. Member Conflict of Interest (“CIO”) Policy.
  4. Member annual gift: a gift of any amount in order to facilitate a 100% Member giving percentage which is a factor in many grant assessments. You may give as much or as little as desired and your gift amount will not be disclosed.
